It brings its guests together with breads made from Karakılçık flour and 200-year-old Balandiz ancestral seeds, sauces flavored with Konya moldy cheese, delicious tuna slices from the seas of Çeşme to Kilimanjaro cuisine and many more.
While producing everything that is produced in season - pickles, all sauces, tomato paste, vinegar and jams - with local materials in its own kitchen; additionally receives support from its women producers.
